Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership and the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, Surpreet Singh plays a pivotal role in evolving Thind into a fully integrated hospitality management company. His leadership has helped transform the organization from a traditional ownership group into a scalable management platform built on operational discipline, brand development, and long-term asset growth.
Surpreet is focused on expanding Thind beyond hotels—strategically integrating restaurants, mixed-use developments, and innovative hospitality concepts into the portfolio. With a forward-thinking approach, he continues to position the company as a diversified hospitality group driven by performance, creativity, and sustainable growth.

A graduate of Wayne State University, she began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, managing pharmacy operations across multiple urban markets—developing strong skills in compliance, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
At Thind Management, Navpreet contributes organizational discipline, energy, and a people-first mindset to the workplace. Her structured approach and positive presence help strengthen team culture while supporting the company’s operational standards across the portfolio.

Viteri is Vice President of Hospitality Operations at Thind Management, bringing over 30 years of experience leading full-service, select-service, and multi-property hotel portfolios across Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG brands. He has directed hotel openings, conversions, repositionings, and ground-up developments while consistently driving revenue growth, operational discipline, and award-winning performance.
At Thind, Kevin oversees hotel and restaurant operations across a growing portfolio, delivering structured leadership, strong financial results, and measurable returns for ownership.

With over 25 years of hospitality leadership experience, Traci Day is a strategic, results-driven executive specializing in sales, catering, and operational excellence. Based in Houston, her background spans boutique luxury hotels, large convention properties, and specialized markets including the Texas Medical Center, where she has led high-performing teams and executed complex corporate and social programs with precision.
Known for blending relationship-building with financial discipline, Traci consistently drives revenue growth, strengthens owner partnerships, and elevates guest experience through data-informed strategy and hands-on leadership.

Bob Patel is a highly accomplished hospitality management professional with extensive experience in leading full-service, extended stay, and select-service hotels across competitive markets. Currently serving as Controller, Bob oversees accounting operations for all hotel and restaurant locations, ensuring financial efficiency and operational efficiency. Proven track record of leading multi-property accounting teams and optimizing financial performance across hotel portfolios. Known for a hands-on leadership style, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality operations and revenue cycles. Bob holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management and Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.
